Does Hey Toru! work offline?
Your notes are stored on your device, so you can read them anytime. Structuring a note needs the internet, and voice capture may too, because Apple's speech recognition can use Apple's servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where are my notes stored?
Right on your device. Enable iCloud backup in Settings and your notes travel with you as a file only you control. Just don't lose or delete them — we can't retrieve what we never had access to in the first place.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and you can cancel anytime.
What languages does Hey Toru! support?
English is available on the Free tier. Toru Smart supports all languages available on your iPhone — simply install the language in iPhone Settings first.
Are there Android or Mac apps available?
Not yet — Hey Toru! currently runs on iPhone and iPad.
